January 1st marks a new year – 2019. A fresh start for new goals. I always put so much pressure on myself to come up with new year resolutions, like somehow I will transform into a new person over 24 hours. Then it follows (usually) with guilt when I look back at everything I failed on.
My word for 2019 is LESS
Less clutter
Less social media
Less giving in to crappy food
Less comparing myself to others
Less excuses
Less stress
Less in my life makes room for more that matters 🖤
Making resolutions and goals are important. A new year gives us a clean slate to do whatever we want. Take advantage of it. Write down some goals and try your best to live them out each day!
